Enough to be Dangerous

Laurie Anne Brandon writes fiction based on her experiences living in suburban Western Washington state and careers in sports television production, alpine ski instruction, secondary education, and military educational counseling. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Washington and a Master's in Education from the University of Phoenix. Her first published work of serial fiction, An Operator's Daughter, portrays a Navy brat's experiences when jettisoned into a dysfunctional family, overcoming severe anxiety, and fighting back against sexual harassment at a public high school, while attempting to rebuild a relationship with her Navy SEAL Veteran father, and questioning whether history should repeat itself when her own budding relationship with an Operator parallels her parents' love-at-first story within the pages her mother's journals. An Operator's Daughter is now complete on Kindle Vella and Ashton’s story continues in A Summer’s Tempest, with episodes released Tuesdays and Fridays.
